PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which changing over between face up and face down is easily seen and the operation is facilitated in the image forming apparatus provided with a face up tray which can be opened or closed on the backside of the image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus provided with the face up tray, is characterized in that (1) a display means detecting and displaying an opening or closing action of the face up tray, (2) an operating means by which the opening and closing action of the face up tray can be carried out from the front side and (3) a display means detecting and displaying paper inside the face up tray, are provided in the front of the image forming apparatus. |
