PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a viewer to obtain advertising information easily when the advertising information is configured to be provided by broadcasting. SOLUTION: To begin with, an advertiser is prompted to input a vide material that show an advertised item and advertising images related to the video material so that the video material and the advertising images are inputted. Then, a broadcasting video producer is prompted to input broadcasting video using the inputted video material so that the broadcasting video is inputted. Then, the inputted broadcasting video is transmitted to viewers and subsequently, selection information for the video material embedded in the transmitted broadcasting video is received from the viewers. Then, the advertising video related to the video material that indicates the received selection information is transmitted to viewers. The viewers can refer to the advertising information related to the video material by selecting the video material that appears in the broadcasting video following this configuration.
