PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of providing interactive reproducing capability without changing any data format at the time of reproducing picture information in a picture information recording format without any key frame. SOLUTION: This picture information reproducing method for receiving and reproducing picture information to be transmitted from a terminal to be managed comprises a step for receiving picture information in a picture information recording format without any key frame from a terminal to be managed, a step for reading each frame data of the received picture information in each elapsed time, and for reflecting it on a recording/reproduction picture, and a step for holding the recording/reproduction picture with the elapsed time and the position information of the next frame data as a key frame. |
