<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line terminating device with the less number of wirings. SOLUTION: Printed circuit boards (PCBs) 11-1n are connected like a star centered on a single packet IC 42 connected to a CPU 41 through a high-speed monitor control line 21 having an enough transmission capacity to packetize transparent information, alarm transfer information and information from the CPU 41 and transmit/receive them. The communication of the transparent information and the alarm transfer information between the PCBs is performed through the line 21 and the IC 42, and the IC 42 detects a destination name from the packet information from a start point PCB and transmits it to an end point PCB. Also, packetized cells are distributed to the end point PCB according to a time priority.</p> |
