PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device, a communication module and electronic equipment in which both the polarized waves of electromagnetic waves can be efficiently transmitted/received by improving multi-path characteristics without performing excessive processes and without adding excessive parts. SOLUTION: This antenna device is provided with an antenna part 3 equipped with a first antenna part 31 in which the horizontally polarized wave of the electromagnetic wave can be transmitted and received, and a second antenna part 32 in which the vertically polarized wave of the electromagnetic wave can be transmitted and received, and a flexible substrate 2a on which the antenna part 3 is formed, and a slit 4 is provided at a prescribed position inside the flexible substrate 2a.
