PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal such as a facsimile machine capable of revising a communication job such as addition of an original in the communication job for transmission reservation in a transmission reservation table. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine 20 uses an image read section 2 to read an original image to be sent, to convert the image into image data, an image memory 8 stores the data, the facsimile machine 20 stores information of a communication job to be sent from now together with a telephone number of a destination and transmission time information or the like to a transmission reservation table 7a in a RAM 7, reads the stored corresponding image data according to the transmission reservation table 7a when a designated transmission time comes, and transmission the data to the destination via a public telephone line L. A main control section 1 adds other image data converted by the image read section to the image data to be sent stored in the image memory 8 as the same communication job and stores the resulting data to the image memory 8 as its control (step S48) when an original addition key is turned on (YES in step S47).
