<p>This invention relates to compounds which are generally muscarinic M2 M3 receptor antagonists and which are represented by Formula (1) wherein one of X, Y, or Z is independently S , O , or gt; N R4, the others are CH2 ; (p) is an integer from 0 to 3 inclusive; m is an integer from 0 to 3 inclusive; n is an integer from 1 to 6 inclusive; R3 is (C1 6) alkyl, (C1 6) alkenyl, (C 1 6) alkynyl or cycloalkyl; and R1, R2 and R3 are hydrogen or specified substituents. These compounds are useful for treating diseases associated with smooth muscle disorders.</p> |
