PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate and simplify inspection of output images. SOLUTION: A color of a paper sheet dispensary tray of a printer is made different from the color of a paper sheet and a CCD camera 22 is installed at an upper part of a paper sheet dispensary part of the printer for dispensing the paper sheet to the paper sheet dispensary tray so as to photograph the entire upper surface of the paper sheet dispensary tray. By control of a CPU 12, the paper sheet dispensary tray in the state of dispensing the first paper sheet after a print processing by a print job received immediately after the state that the paper sheet is not present on the dispensary tray is photographed by the CCD camera 22 and picked-up image data including the paper sheet are acquired. After image characteristics of photographed image data and source image data are made almost equal by executing correction by an image processing to them, the output images are inspected by comparing both. |
