Production of polyamide yarns, fibers and filaments comprises spinning a molten mixture of a linear polyamide and either: (a) a polyamide composition comprising star- or H-shaped macromolecules and optionally linear macromolecules, the composition having a melt flow index of more than 20 g/10 min (275 deg C, 100 g); or (b) a polyfunctional compound having at least three indentical acid or amine functions.
