PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a monitoring system which can monitor the image of a camera at a remote place only by a previously determined user. SOLUTION: The remotely monitoring system comprises (1) a video camera for delivering image signal, (2) a viewer program for displaying the image from the video camera, (3) a camera directory for intervening between the viewer program and the video camera, and (4) a master camera directory for updating information in the camera directory. |
