PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply read the photographed video of a desired person to be photographed (a kindergartener in a kindergarten or a person of advanced age in a home for the aged) from a plurality of images by an image receiver (a protector) located at a remote district. SOLUTION: The image photographed by a photographing means 10 is stored in an image recording means 30 by relating to photographing conditions such as a photographing place, time and the like. When oscillating conditions relating the a subject to be photographed is designated by the image receiver by an oscillating condition designating means 40, an oscillating image retrieving means 50 retrieves only the image in which the photographing conditions coincide with the oscillating conditions from the plurality of the images stored in the recording means 30. An image oscillating means 60 transmits the retrieved oscillated image to the receiver.
