PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material replacing a transparent conductive glass used for an electrode for a photoelectric conversion element at low cost, which has low electric resistance and improves a conversion efficiency of the photoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: An optical electrode 15 is formed by integrally combining an oxide semiconductor sintered compact 12 like titanium oxide with a metallic grid 11 made of titanium, platinum, gold or the like, having innumerable openings 14. Comparing with a conductive thin film of ITO, FTO or the like having high specific resistance, the specific resistance of the metallic grid is very low, and an optical electrode with low resistance can be realized. |
