PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a prior art image processor that it is difficult to satisfy the requirements of both image quality and cost in the dynamic image processing. SOLUTION: Writing pixel coordinates and filter coefficients required for filtering are prestored in a coefficient memory and when a processed image is displayed, required data is operated using pixel data dependent on the writing pixel coordinates and the filter coefficients.
