PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately detect whether a 1st common control channel is available even when various transmission diversity patterns are applied in the case that whether the 1st common control channel is available for a succeeding subframe is detected according to the phase difference between 1st and 2nd known codes for phase difference detection arranged in the same subframe like a TD-SCDMA system. SOLUTION: The phase differences of a midamble code as the 1st known code and a synchronizing code as the 2nd known code in the same subframe are detected (ST2) as a 1st process, the difference (relative phase difference) of the phase differences detected in the 1st process is detected (ST5) as a 2nd process, and it is decided (ST7) as a 3rd process whether the 1st common control channel is available according to the value of the relative phase difference.
