<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a stress is generated in a joint between a magnetic body layer and a non-magnetic body layer, resulting in significantly degraded characteristic of a transformer, and crack is generated in the transformer, resulting in the reduction of mechanical strength in an element as well as of yield. SOLUTION: A coil conductor pattern and a non-magnetic body layer are laminated between a pair of magnetic body layers, and they are formed integrally, to form a plurality of coils in the main body. In this case, a non-magnetic body layer made of a non-magnetic Cu-Zn-based ferrite or a non-magnetic Zn- based ferrite is formed between the magnetic body layer and non-magnetic body layer.</p> |
