<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transferring delivery instruction information matching the various needs of suppliers, such as the timing of transfer, an output format, and necessary additional information or the like, without requiring expensive capital investment. SOLUTION: A communications control part 27 of a server 23 for managing the transfer of delivery instruction information receives via a network 21 the delivery instruction information from a card-issuing terminal device and a desired transfer method from a supplier's terminal device. An internal storage device 29 has a delivery instruction information database 31 and a transfer method database 33. A CPU 35 has a monitoring part 35 for monitoring the timing of transfer, a retrieving part 37 for retrieving the delivery instruction information and the transfer method, and a converting part 39 for converting the format of the retrieved delivery instruction information into a format conforming to the transfer method retrieved. The communications control part 27 transfers the delivery instruction information according to the desired transfer method.</p> |
