PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for prevention of lost children by which a off-limit area with respect to a protecting object person can be set freely, and by which warning can be given to the protecting object person going in the off-limit area and the protecting object person who has lost his/her way can ask surrounding persons to help. SOLUTION: The terminal is provided with a present place detection means (12) for obtaining positional information on the present place by a GPS (Global Positioning System), etc., a judging means (14) for comparing the positional information on the present place obtained by the present place detection means with the off-limit area which has been set to the protecting object person in advance so as to judge whether or not the present position is in the off-limit area, and warning means (15 and 16) for warning when the judging means judges that the present position is in the off-limit area.
