PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a clip 2 attached to the small-sized main body 1 of portable electronic equipment for locking the main body 1 to clothes caused by an excess external force with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The base-side end section of the clip 2 is fixed to the main body 1 of the portable electronic equipment and the front end section of the clip 2 is separated from the main body 1 as a free end. The intermediate section of the clip 2 between the base-side and front end section is faced to the main body 1 and has a projecting section 20 which is detachably engaged with a recessed section 16 formed on the surface of the main body 1. When a force of a fixed value or stronger acts on the clip 2 in the direction in which the clip 2 is opened from the main body 1, the engagement between the projecting section 20 and recessed section 16 is released by the force.
