PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from being misstored by exerting no influence of an intense magnetic field on a storage layer even when electronic equipment mounted with an information storage element using magnetism direction control over a ferromagnetic body, e.g. an MRAM receives the intense magnetic field. SOLUTION: An information storage device 1 equipped with an information storage element 12 which stores information by using magnetoresistive effect is characterized in that a resin material 13 used when the information storage element 13 is mounted has a high-magnetic-permeability material mixed or the information storage element 12 has a high-magnetic-permeability material film or a thin film containing the high-magnetic-permeability material formed partially or entirely on its surface.
