PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which data are stably recordable and reproducible even when high magnification recording/ reproducing operation is carried out in the case the high density recording operation has been performed. SOLUTION: A spiral groove 2 and land 5 are formed on a CD-R (W) 1. The recording area is divided into four zones 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d from the inside. In one zone 3a, the number of meandering times of the groove 2 per rotation (one track) of the CD-R (W) 1 is set identical and all of them are to be the same phase. The number of meandering times of the groove per rotation (one track) is arranged to increase as one goes to the outer zone. Thus, the remarkable deterioration of the recording density and recording capacity are prevented. |
