PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus capable of being functioned without directly pressing the key of a control panel thereof, or being functioned in addition to the function stored in the microcomputer or the memory thereof and previously allotted to the panel or having a function capable of confirming the state without direct visual observation by a learned person or without using a special purpose tool. SOLUTION: The portable information terminal comprises a communication means for communicating with an information provider server, a domestic electrified device having a wired or radio simple communication means for communicating with the domestic electrified device by using the simple communication means, and an information provider server using the communication means to communicate a program or data with the function of transmitting the intrinsic information of the portable information terminal and receiving the program selected by the intrinsic information from the server.
