<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an accurate business support in a temporary arrangement between the president of a company and the head of a representative office by courtesy call by preparing customer corresponding data 21 including the latest information for a sales representative. SOLUTION: This system comprises a data formation requesting terminal 2, a sales representative terminal 4, a host computer 5, and a server 6 connected to a network 1. The host computer 3 automatically forms the customer corresponding data 21 according to the request from the data formation requesting terminal 2. Thereafter, the confirmation and replenishment of the contents of the data 21 are requested to the sales representative to complete the data 21. The data 21 is outputted by printing or the like in the data formation requesting terminal 2.</p> |
