PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device of a novel constitution capable of shielding an electromagnetic wave to be radiated from a circuit board with a simple structure and being inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The electronic device F comprises a control circuit board housing section having a non-conductive resin sheathing cover 4. The device F further comprises a conductive sheet adhered to the inner surface of the cover 4 in such a manner that the circuit board is formed in an electromagnetic wave- shielding structure.
