PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable key top plate capable of improving productivity and quality even with a key top with a structure for transparently seeing a transparent key top interior by providing and decorating a surface with a decoration layer comprising a desired color and not providing a decoration layer in a center portion of the decoration layer. SOLUTION: The key top plate 10 is composed by upwardly curving a portion provided with the decoration layer (a deposited layer) 23 of a transparent first film plate 20 to provide a curved part 21, forming a transparent mold resin made key top 30 in the curved part 21, and installing a second film plate 40 in a lower face side of the key top 30. A key top exposed portion 24 for transparently seeing the interior of the key top 30 is provided instead of providing the decoration layer 23 in the decoration layer 23 of the first film plate 20. A decoration layer (a printed layer) 41 is provided in the second film plate 40.
