PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three position switch preventing an ON state in a second position when restoring a movable part to a first position after the movable part has been pushed into a third position. SOLUTION: A microswitch (MS) 26 is provided wherein a terminal NC becomes the ON state when a position of a pedal is in the first position and a terminal NO becomes the ON state when it is in the second and third positions. An MS 27 is provided wherein a terminal NC becomes the ON state when the pedal is in the first and second positions, a terminal NO becomes the ON state when the pedal is displaced to the third position, and the terminal NO becomes the ON state when the pedal is in the second and third positions and the terminal NC becomes the ON state when the pedal is displaced to the first position once the pedal is displaced to the third position. The terminal NC of the MS 27 and a terminal COM of the MS 26 are connected, a terminal COM of the MS 27 is used as an input terminal IN, the terminal NO of the MS 26 is used as an output terminal OA, and the terminal NO of the MS 27 and the terminal NC of the MS 26 are connected to be used as an inverted output terminal OB.
