PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer conductive film having a conductive layer comprising a compressed layer of conductive particulates on a support body, an object provided with the conductive layer and having surface conductivity, and a method for manufacturing the object provided with the conductive layer and having the surface conductivity. SOLUTION: The transfer conductive film has a resin layer 3 which can be peeled from the support body 1 on the support body 1 and at least the conductive layer 4 comprising the compressed layer of conductive particulates on the resin layer 3. A part of the conductive particulates pierces the resin layer 3, and the conductive layer 4 can be peeled from the support body 1 along with the resin layer 3. By using the transfer conductive film, a conductive layer with a low electric resistance value can be formed by a simple operation on a surface of a thin film like object easily torn even by weak strength.
