<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly production system capable of reducing the loss of production time and eliminating work in process in a line. SOLUTION: In the assembly production system, there is a line controller in which control units connected to respective work processing devices are interconnected by a network; the work processing devices perform sub-assembly outside of the system by using index tables or the like, and supply parts sequentially to assembled work on a main line. The control units have respective means that can be accessed by the plurality of control units and sharing line control information and instruction information, with each of the control units making line processing action based on the shared information.</p> |
