PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling frequency converting device with high distortion accuracy in a configuration of a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: A sampling frequency comparator 3 compares a sampling frequency fsi with a sampling frequency fso to generate output time position information indicating a time position of output data with respect to a time position of input data to a curve interpolating means 4. The curve interpolating means 4 performs Bezier curve interpolation between input data with interpolation operation using de Casteliau algorithm on the basis of the output time position information to generate output data.
