LIQUID ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid adhesive composition for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery excellent in adhesiveness between aluminum foil or a metal of an electrode terminal and a polyolefin film, capable of keeping the adhesiveness at high temperature around 85 deg.C, durable against a nonaqueous electrolyte and excellent in application to a coating process, and to provide a thermally fusing member for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using it. SOLUTION: This liquid adhesive composition for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery contains an adhesiveness imparting agent formed of an acid- denatured thermoplastic elastomer and a hydrocarbon resin solid at normal temperatures. This thermally fusing member for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has an adhesive layer formed of the composition. This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is composed by heat-sealing, by a thermally fusing plastic sheet disposed inside, a package body formed by stacking metal foil and the thermally fusing plastic sheet having durability against the nonaqueous electrolyte in the secondary battery by interlaying an adhesive layer formed of the composition between them.
