METHOD FOR DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING CRYSTAL VIBRATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibrator assembly device with which adhesives can be surely coated to a package and lowering in the yield of a crystal vibrator can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The crystal vibrator assembly device is provided with a rotary table 11 and a primary coating unit 15. In the rotary table 11, a plurality of holding fixtures 22 are provided at an outer edge. A ceramic package is placed on the upper faces of the holding fixtures 22. The primary coating unit 15 is provided with a coating head part 66 and a control part 67 for coating adhesives to the ceramic package on the holding fixtures 22. The control part 67 is equipped with a control stand 92. An upper face 98a of the control stand 92 is flattened along a horizontal direction and positioned on the same plane as the electrode of the ceramic package. After the lapse of a prescribed time from the coating of adhesives to one ceramic package to the coating to the other ceramic package, adhesives are coated to the upper face 98a of the control stand 92 by he coating head part 66.
