PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder/reproducer operating device capable of operating a video from communication equipment such as a telephone on a remote location, and confirming the moving images or voices of the video by the communication equipment such as the telephone in order to confirm the contents. SOLUTION: This device for operating a recorder/reproducer is constituted of a transmitting means for transmitting moving images and voices from the recorder/reproducer through a communication line and a means for reproducing the moving images and voices by a communication terminal in a remote place.
