PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost system that can follow changes of the load even in case the load changes largely at power generation of a fuel cell. SOLUTION: Reforming parts 4, 5, 6 generating reformed gas by reforming organic hydrocarbon gas, a first fuel cell 1 generating a first power with the supply of the reformed gas and oxidizing gas, a hydrogen storage part 3 storing first hydrogen gas, and a second fuel cell 2 generating a second power by the supply of the first hydrogen gas and oxidizing gas are provided, of which, the first fuel cell outputs the first power to an outside load 7 and the second fuel cell 2 outputs the second power to the outside load when power to be supplied to the outside load 7 is above a given value. |
