PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device by making the thickness of the device in a lamination direction as thin as possible even in a structure in which a light guide plate is laminated by overlapping it on a liquid crystal shutter and the light guide plate is covered with a cover body. SOLUTION: A window part 29 is formed in a head upper cover 21. When the head upper cover 21 is locked to a frame body 12, a thick part of the light guide plate 14 in a different cross section shape gets into the window part 29 of the head upper cover 21. Therefore, the thickness of a scan type head 2 in a height direction is made to be thin up to the extent that the thick part of the light guide plate 14 gets into the window part 29 to miniaturized the device. |
