PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a motor, having a rotor with slits, the difficulty of increasing revolution, as centrifugal force is applied to connection parts on both the ends of the slit and, if the thicknesses of the connection parts are increased in order to increase the revolution, of the characteristics of the motor deteriorating. SOLUTION: There are provided slots for generating induction torque and slits for generating reluctance torque. The slit is filled with filling material and at least one of a protrusion and a recess, which are formed so as to receive centrifugal force generated by the rotation of a rotor and makes the part of the rotor outside the slit and the slit-filling material protrude from the center of the rotor toward the outside.
