摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the circuit scale of a RAKE composition circuit small while maintaining communication quality as to a CDMA reception device equipped with the RAKE composition circuit. SOLUTION: A delay profile measurement circuit 21 measures levels of respective paths present in a path measurement range and a delay profile showing delay times. A path selection circuit 23 repeats a process of comparing path levels at both ends of each path present in the path measurement range, excluding a path of lower level from selection objects until the presence range of paths which are not excluded becomes smaller than a composition range narrower than the path measurement range and regards the remaining paths as paths being objects of composition by the RAKE composition circuit 3. The maximum delay time difference between the paths being the objects of composition by the RAKE composition circuit 3 therefore becomes small (within the composition range), so the RAKE composition circuit 3 can be made small in scale. Further, communication quality can be maintained since a path of lower level between paths at both ends is discarded.</p>
