SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND METHOD PROVIDING MEASURE FOR TROUBLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for trouble measures provided with a function searching a solution based on words spoken by a user. SOLUTION: This system provides measures for a trouble of a product comprising multiple components. This system is provided with means inputting information related to the trouble including free words, selection means selecting key words from the free words, measures database registering the measures for troubles and capable of searching the key words, and means searching the measures database by the selected key words, applying weight according to the respective key words to the hit results of the respective multiple hit measures. This system searches the measures database based on the key words selected from the words spoken by the user and applies weighting according to the key words to the hit results so as to calculate the priority of the measures.
