PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer sound device in which the structure can be simplified, the size and thickness can be reduced, and the workability of assembling work can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 3 provided with a conductive pattern is disposed in the gap between two magnets 2A and 2B facing the same poles each other. Each of the two magnets facing the same poles has a plurality of annular magnetic poles on the facing surface where N poles and S poles are arranged alternately. The conductive pattern has a part circulating a plurality of turns in ring shape at least on one side of the diaphragm 3 so that lines of magnetic force are formed in the direction perpendicular to the conductive pattern upon conduction.
