The recuperation and recycling procedure incorporates flotation and filtration treatments to produce a recyclable liquid (11) that are carried out in same pressure vessel (7). At least one fraction of the used water goes through a pressure treatment by adding compressed air prior to flotation and is then transferred to the pressure vessel together with the used water that has not been pre-treated. The air is introduced through a three-way mixer connected to the transport pipe and a compressed air supply. The flotation and filtration treatment include an optional stage for evacuating the air mixed in with the used water, and periodic stages for the removal of floating material according to signals from upper and lower level sensors.
