The services from a provider to a user are delivered after a request from the user, who has previously received a secret key from the provider. The provider makes an offer to the user, and, if the user accepts, the user returns a code, encrypted with the private key, containing part of the offer. The service provider uses the code to authenticate the user, then delivers the service.
