PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difference in image quality of prints depending on a print processor in printing out the same image data in parallel with two or more print processors. SOLUTION: In this printing system, the print directing device 1 and a plurality of print processors 2, 3, 4 are connected through a network. The print directing device 1 outputs print direction based on image quality information of the print processor having the lowest image quality of the image quality information corresponding to two or more print processors as output destinations to two or more print processors selected as the output destination when two or more print processors are selected from a plurality of print processors 2, 3, 4 as the output destinations for the image data to be printed, and each of the plurality of print processors 2, 3, 4 performs print operation for the image data according to the image quality information when the print direction based on the image quality information of the print processor having the lowest image quality is output from the print directing device. |
