PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make coarse the accuracy of aligninent of the conductive patterns of a flexible printed board with a plurality of electrodes on the topside of a stacked piezoelectric element, constituting the bar-shaped oscillator of an oscillatory wave motor. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes (1A1, 2, 1B1, 2, 1G, and 1S) consisting of through-holes made on the highest topside 1 of a piezoelectric element are arranged, with their distances from the center of the element different, and a plurality of conductive patterns (3G, 3A, 3B, and 3S) of the flexible printed board 3 are made in concentric circular form. |
