<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a design method of a flat cable receiving metal fitting for connection part formation having a crimp piece receiving groove which can obtain an electrically stable connection state by thrusting a crimp piece of a connection terminal at the position of a flat conductor, for various flat cables having different conditions from each other. SOLUTION: As a flat cable receiving metal fitting for connection part formation 11, a split type metal fitting of which, lower parts are mutually jointed by arranging side wall parts 11b at both sides of the lower part of a middle wall part 11a through spacers 14, is used. The variation of the thrusting load of the crimp piece is measured by changing the width of the middle wall part 11a of the split type flat cable receiving metal fitting for connection part formation 11, and by changing mutual distance between side walls 11b at both ends, and the width of the middle wall part 11a and the mutual distance between side walls 11b at both ends are determined according to the obtained measured results.</p> |
