<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize doctor's questions not boring a user while contributing to the efficiency of medical examination and treatment by allowing reply data acquired at home, to be easily usable on the doctor side. SOLUTION: A pet terminal 1 asks a user questions in voice, randomly selecting several questions on each day in a cycle of one week from doctor's question data fixedly stored in advance and doctor's question data received from a server 5, so as not to be repeated again, and supplies the question result to the server 5. The server 5 manages vital data and the question result for every user. A doctor connects a doctor terminal 6 placed in a consultation room, to the server 5, and reads the user's vital data or the like when the user comes to a clinic, to make the most of it. Additional doctor's questions are set on the doctor terminal 6 and sent to the pet terminal 1 through the server 5.</p> |
