<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for achieving an information processing device convenient to be carried and having high picture quality. SOLUTION: An operation region between a user and a monitor part 12 is scanned by deflecting scanning rays 15R and 15L from optical scan parts 14R and 14L, the selected position pointed by a finger is optically detected and specified, and the selected position is outputted in relation to a specific key in the key arrangement. A light absorbing part 18 also serving as a palm- rest 19 is disposed at a position opposite from the optical scan parts 14R and 14L, so that the stray light and unnecessary reflected light are absorbed. In addition, a key arrangement table 17 makes it easy to know visually what letter is being inputted. As for the deflection of the scanning rays 15R and 15L, a thermal driven type MEMS mirror with the bimorph structure may be used, for example.</p> |
