PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design and manufacture a device having functions equal to brain tissues by designing artificial brain modules equivalent to brain cells and combining the artificial brain modules in order to constitute a human way of thinking by a machine. SOLUTION: By manufacturing the device in which the artificial brain modules having the information storing and transmitting functions equal to the cells are multi-dimensionally connected by a network and by distributing an information processing to the respective artificial brain modules, a super parallel type computer system capable of retrieving relating information from specified information in which retrieval time is independent of an amount of the information is constructed. Self-learning is practiced by feeding-back the results of information processing to the storage information, and then a basic processing system is successively added every time the function of an artificial brain system reaches a specified level and problems are automatically solved over many fields.
