PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable a Web cache. SOLUTION: A video camera 1 retrieves a home page provided on a WWW server from the Internet (network 2) on a Web browser, and displays it on a display part, and stores the data of the home page retrieved once in a recording media 10. That is, Web cache using the recording media 10 is executed. Thus, when the display of the same home page is requested again, the data are retrieved not from the Internet (network 2) but from the recording media 10 so that the home page can be displayed based on the data. Therefore, it is possible to quickly display the home page accessed once.
