PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outputs a proper voice guidance of data processing operation to a user who is different in the skillfulness of the voice guidance. SOLUTION: The data processor 1 equipped with a CPU 1a which performs central processing control over respective parts, a display part 1b which makes a display to the user, a RAM 1c which stores temporary information, an input part 1d for user's input, a storage device 1e which stores information, its internal recording medium 1f, a speaker 1h which outputs the voice guidance, and a voice output control part 1i which controls the output of the voice guidance outputs in voice an extracted voice guidance based upon a speaking range from a halfway quitting frequency corresponding to the voice guidance of an operator on the storage medium 1f, and increases the halfway quitting frequency and stores the voice guidance on the recording medium 1f when the operator inputs the quitting of the extracted voice guidance output.
