PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incapability of executing work of charging due to a parking lot not being equipped with a device, even when a vehicle with an electricity accumulating means mounted is demanded to be charged during parking. SOLUTION: This facility is constituted by providing a device 10 feeding power to a pallet 7, which is a vehicle storage part of a parking lot, to permit charging during the time of parking. |
