Thermocouple for an aircraft braking system has first and second temperature elements (20, 22) in chromel and alumel and a protective housing (16) for the thermocouple (14). The housing has a connector (18) with terminals (34, 36) to which copper connectors are connected. A temperature compensation thermistor (40) is arranged between one of the thermocouple elements and its corresponding connector and is contained within the housing. The invention also relates to a corresponding temperature measurement device and an aircraft braking system.
