Chimeric protein (I) comprising the thrombin-cleavable artificial sequence (A) is new. Chimeric protein (I) comprising the thrombin-cleavable artificial sequence (A) is new. (P1 to P10)-P1'-P2'-P3' (A). P1 to P10 = from fibrinopeptide A (FpA); and P1'-P3' = a thrombin-cleavage site, other than that of the alpha -chain of fibrinogen. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a serine protease derivative (II) prepared by cleaving (I) with thrombin; (2) nucleic acid (III) that encodes (I); (3) six pairs of amplification primers; (4) recombinant vector that contains (III); and (5) host cell genetically transformed by (III).
